SYNOPSIS
This is a work program in domestic help services (childcare, cleaning etc.)
Our agency collaborates with Host families/ Companies from Greece looking for staff in this area. Candidates may work in Greece, and before leaving the country they will know exact location according to their contract.
This program is aimed at experienced candidates looking for work in a Greek Host family/ company. Locations are very beautiful, families are wealthy and candidates receive all necessary conditions for a comfortable life. Except a few situations, meals and accommodation is free meaning candidates can save almost their entire earnings, ending their contract with substantial savings.

WORKING LEGAL BASE
All selected candidates sign self-employment contracts with Host families/ companies.

Training
Not necessary.
Candidate can begin work immediately after arriving in Greece
 
Number of available positions  
- Approximately 10 Nannies/ Maids/ week throughout the year
- All other positions have limited opening
 
Workplace
Candidates may work anywhere in Greece, as requested by the Host family/ company. Upon registration candidates must agree to work in any Greek location.
 
Personality
Good attitude, hard working, serious, friendly, in good physical and mental shape, good communicators, organized, with no health problems
 
Marital status
Both married and single/ divorced candidates may be accepted
 
Experience

Minimum 24 months previous experience on a similar position
Qualification
Not required, but qualified candidates have an advantage during selection
 
English level
Minimum level 6 on a 1 to 10 scale (conversational level)
 
Other foreign languages
Some Host families (especially those who have children over 2 years old) could request at least a beginner level of Greek and/ or Russian, but this does not exclude candidates which do not speak these languages from being selected
 
Driver’s licence
Some Host families/ companies could request candidates with a driver’s licence, but this does not exclude non-driving candidates from being selected
 
Hourly/ monthly remuneration and pay dates
Candidate can receive up to 1,000 EUR/month, depending on candidate’s profile and job complexity.
Earnings are paid monthly, at the end of the month.  
 
Working/ resting time
- Usually 10-12 working hours/ day depending on daily needs
- 6 working days/ week
- 1 resting day/ week
 
Nature and length of contract
Commercial contract, self-employment.
12 months contract,   can be extended according to the mutual agreement of the parties and candidate’s performance.
 
Transport ticket (home country – Greece)
International transport to Greece is paid by candidate.
Airport pick-up: in most cases, this is made available free of charge. From case to case, candidate might have to pay 30-50 EUR depending on location and final destination, but this amount will be returned by Host family upon arrival.
 
Accommodation
Positions include accommodation meaning candidate lives with the Host family, free of charge.
From case to case candidates may have their own room or live in a staff room/ house, usually with a bathroom, access to washing machine and fridge. Some families offer internet connection but this is not a rule.
In some situations positions do not include accommodation.
 
Meals
Candidate receives 3 meals/ day from Host family. Candidates makes and services their own meals according to their schedule and breaks.
In some situations positions do not include meals.
 
Local transport
Paid by the candidate, but usually accommodation is close to the workplace. Host family offers support in this situation, such as bus schedules.
 
Work, protection and security conditions

Candidate must respect and observe rules and regulations established by Host family/ company
Necessary documents as requested by Host family/ company for candidate evaluation and selection
- Filled in registration form
- CV in English + smiling photo
- 1 passport photo
- 1 full body photo
- Passport/ ID copy
- Birth certificate in original + translated and legalized in English
- Copy of last studies diploma 
- Copy of qualification papers (if such document exists)
- Clean criminal record
- Clean medical record
- Copy of driver’s licence
- Recommendation in English, from a previous position, ideally from the cleaning/ childcare industry
- Other relevant documents – diplomas, references
 
Registration file evaluation and processing fee

550 RON (VAT included), to be paid at the time of registration/ signing of mediation contract
