SYNOPSIS
This is a work program in the HoReCa industry for private companies which need support and which gives candidates the opportunity to work in this area.
Our agency collaborates with various Italian companies which offer jobs throughout the country. Before leaving for work, candidates will know the exact location of their workplace.
This program is aimed at candidates with little or no experience who wish to enter this industry, but also at experienced candidates who wish to build a career.

WORKING LEGAL BASE
In Italy any EU candidate has the right to work in this area, without any prior approval.
It is the candidate’s responsibility that after obtaining a contract with a Host family, to apply for their Fiscal code in order to pay their contributions to the Italian state. Candidates are entitled to work full time, as stated in their contract with the Host family.

Fiscal code application
All candidates who work in Italy must apply for Fiscal code in order to be able to pay their contributions from their earnings.
In order to obtain the Fiscal code they must have a residence permit. Application rules are clearly stated and updates on the official Agenzia delle Entrate’s website via this link http://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it/
 
Number of available positions
Approximately 700 available positions during the current year
 
Workplace
Candidates work all over Italian territory, as specified by the company in their contract, so upon registration candidates must agree to be placed anywhere in Italy
 
Personality
Good attitude, hard working, serious, friendly, in good physical and mental shape, with no health problems
 
Marital status
Both married and single/ divorced candidates may be accepted
 
Experience
Not required, but experienced candidates have an advantage during selection
 
Qualification
Not required, but qualified candidates have an advantage during selection
 
Italian level
Not required but it is an advantage during selection
 
Other foreign languages
Not required but it is an advantage during selection
 
Driver’s licence
Not required but it is an advantage during selection
 
Hourly/ monthly remuneration and pay dates
Minimum earning is 600 EUR/ month gross depdening on candidate’s profile.
Earnings are paid monthly, usually in the bank account opened by the candidate at an Italian bank, or cash.
 
Working/ resting time
- 10 working hours/ day depending on daily needs
- 6 working days/ week
- 1 day off/ week
Working/ resting days are agreed upon with company, via the contract.
 
Nature and length of contract
Commercial contract, self-employer.
Contract is usually for 6 months but this can be extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
 
Transport ticket (home country - Italy)
Transport costs are covered entirely by the candidate.
Airport pick-up: in most cases this is done free of charge for arriving candidates.
 
Accommodation
Offered free of charge. Depending on living space, candidate may have to share room with up to 4 persons.
 
Meals
Minimum 1 meal/ day free of charge

Work, protection and security conditions
Candidate must follow and observe rules and regulations as established by the company, in order to fulfil their contract.
Work conditions are normal, security and safety measures are communicated during the first day of work.
Work is done in the company work locations, in very good quality and hygiene conditions, in both day and night shifts as is the case.

1 full body photo, size 9/13, office attire
- Copy of passport/ ID
- Birth certificate, in original + translated and legalized in Italian
- Copy of last studies diploma
- Clean criminal record
- Clean medical record
- Copy of qualification papers (if such document exists)
- 2 recommendations, in original, in Italian, from previous employers
 
Registration file evaluation and processing fee
360 RON (VAT included), to be paid at the time of registration/ signing the mediation contract
